Check in time is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. the day of departure.

No, it doesn’t.

Yes, it does.

You are kindly asked to settle the payment upon your arrival here in Montelupo (only cash is accepted).

We speak English, French, and some German.

How many levels does the house have?
It has a ground level and a floor above.

Are the rooms quiet and romantic?
Yes, they are very quiet and have a nice view of the valley. They open up either to the garden or the balcony.

Do we need to bring bed or kitchen linens with us?
No, we provide towels, sheets, kitchen and table linens, and change them weekly.
 
Is there a garden?
Yes, there is a big garden full of flowers and a large vegetable garden, as well as fruit orchard.

Is there a balcony?
Yes, there is a very large balcony where you can relax, lay in the sun, hang out with the other guests or with us.

Is there a TV in the apartment? Does it have international satellite channels?
There is a TV in every bedroom, and there are satellite English, French and German channels, too.
 
Is there a phone in the apartment?
There is a phone which receives incoming calls. No outbound calling is available. You may request an additional mobile phone with pre-paid minutes as a special optional.

Is there air-conditioning in the apartment?
Yes, every room, including the kitchen and the living room, is equipped with air-conditioning. The air conditioning is optional upon request and it involves an extra cost.

Is there a dining room where we can all eat together sometimes?
The kitchen is very large and comfortable and you can cook for a number of people in it. If you want to eat outside, you are welcome to do it in the shade or sun by the garden.

Is there an Internet connection?
Yes, there is.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a large swimming pool for grown-ups as well as a smaller, shallower one for kids.

Is there a parking lot?
Yes, you are welcome to park your car in our private parking lots.

Yes, there are several in Montelupo, only 1 Km away from our home.

Yes, 300 mt from our home is the tuscan countryside: vineyards, olive groves, farms.

Florence is 19 km away, Siena 60 km, and Pisa is 57 km.

Montelupo is only 1 Km away, then there is Empoli, a few km away.

Yes, we do when our guests ask for them.
