Seasons

High season: 26 June-4 September

Low season: 13 March-29 May, 2 October-30 October, 11 December-15 January

* Our Holiday Home Villa Bobolino is closed in November and from 16, January to 15, March. The minimum reservation period during the tourist season is 7 days, 5 days during the middle season and 3 days during the off season.

The price includes

• all taxes
• private parking lot
• towels, sheets, kitchen and table linens, weekly changed
• power, water and natural gas
• heating
• crib and high chair, when needed
• barbecue
• swimming pool (May to September)

 
The price does not include

• daily sheets and towels change: €15,00/person; room-cleaning included
• daily kitchen linens change: €3,00/each person; the kitchen cleaning is provided as well (minimun €12,00)
• final cleaning: €60,00; €10,00 will be added for each extra room, in case you are staying in more than the standard three-rooms
• extra cleaning service: €16,00/hour (US$22/hour)
• air conditioning: €15/day or €100/week, €5/day for every additional room
• any extras you wish to have

Check in time is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. the day of departure.

Payment instructions

You are kindly asked to pay for your stay with a bank transfer. Here at our home you can only pay cash and not with credit cards. You will be sent all the necessary data to carry out the transfer when you book your holiday.

To book your stay you are asked to pay 30% of the total amount. You are asked to settle the payment (only cash is accepted) upon your arrival here in Montelupo. Should you need to cancel your booking, you will be returned 50% of the amount you have transferred if you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival. From the 29th day previous to your arrival, no refund is available.

At your arrival you are asked to pay a deposit of Euro 150,00, which you will be returned at the end of your stay.
 
In order to know whether the apartment is free in the period you are going to be staying with us, please contact us by phone, fax (use our request form) or email.

When You decide to book your holiday at Bobolino, You need to carry out the bank transfer (30% of the total amount) within 3 days from our confirmation of availability. Then send by fax the form with your data and the period you are going to come in.
