Villa Bobolino

The Villa is situated in a very quiet area; you access it through a private road.
The view from our home is the amazingly beautiful countryside of Montelupo and of the river valley.

The house was built in 2005. The apartment features the most modern technology, appliances and all of the comforts of home.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and a fruit orchard boardering the surrounding olive groves and woods.

Only one family or one group of guests at a time stay in the apartment; this way your stay in Bobolino will be cozy and pleasant just like you want it to be.

The swimming pool, the barbecue, the garden, the fruit orchard and the vegetable garden are open to our guests.

The Bobolino Neighbourhood

Bobolino is the most beautiful quarter of Montelupo. The inhabitants of the town have named it this after the Boboli Garden in Florence because it is an extremely elegant, pleasant and green neighborhood where you find most of the villas.

Bobolino is situated on a small hill above the town of Montelupo, which is only 1 Km away. From here you enjoy a wonderful view of the opposite side of the valley where the tiny village of Capraia and more olive groves, vineyards and woods are.

The Quarter is situated in the outer area of the town, in the middle of a lush countryside.
It is surrounded by beautiful nature but is also extremely convenient because the motorway
FI-PI-LI (which connectes Florence, Pisa and Livorno) is only 1 Km away.

Montelupo Fiorentino

The town of Montelupo Fiorentino is situated where the Arno and Pesa rivers meet, in a convenient position from which it is very easy to reach Florence and the main tuscan cities (Pisa, Siena, Livorno, etc). You can easily reach Montelupo by car on the highway, by train or bus.

Montelupo’s old traditional ceramics and glass art has made the town famous over the centuries ever since the Middle Ages. Today many ceramic businesses still exist, and the Ceramic Museum and the Ceramics School display a large number of wonderful, valuable works of art. In the small medieval streets of the centre of Montelupo, as well as out of town, there are many family-run shops where you can find beautiful handcrafted ceramics and artistic glass works.
